If after your "Ethereal Journey" you are seeking real estate advice and would like Philsha Russell to represent you as your Ethereal Realtor, a Buyer-Broker Agreement will need to be signed to remain in accordance with the National Association of Realtors (NAR). 


 * Cancellation and Refund Policies for "Ethereal Journeys"

  • Cancellations made 16 days or more prior to service being offered 100% refund
  • Cancellations made 15-6 days prior to service being offered 50% refund
  • Cancellations made 5-1 days prior to service being offered 0% refund and will be used toward rescheduled day
  • Payments can be made via Fiat, Debit/Credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal.  *no personal checks accepted
  • All services provided are and will remain confidential at all times
